i always feel a tinge of happiness every time i meet up with my girls. belated celebration for syl at 'pique nique' was nice. we surprised her by secretly contacting her love bird and inviting him along, i'd say... mission accomplished yeahjjj! i'm just glad that the birthday girl enjoyed all of it. we were full of pep the whole time, as always. i am so tempted to post a picture of the two happy people but... i wouldn't want to break the suspense!

note to us: we need to get out of the west! (in caps xxxx a bazillion times)

hugged it out after everything.

spent my lazy afternoon in town, although i was feeling a tad weary, the weather seems to make up for it. i still don't quite get where all the christmas spirit in me is coming from. 

mum and i sent poppy off in the night and had dinner after that. rough evening with lemon yesterday, so much for your words of encouragement. it got me thinking the whole night, i hate to admit it but my mum's right. whatever it is, i'm working on it so let's just compromise a little shall we. 

today,

things are back to normal now, laughed so much over breakfast with mummy, phhhew. 

after the mother-daughter talk over milk and mee jiang kueh (my fav), i pigged out and i woke up with del on both sides (it only shows in the morning or when i'm super exhausted).

 

almost scratched my face with my long ugly nails and so.............. hello short nails! i love my them even though they bear an uncanny resemblance to the mushrooms! 

some kind of friend you are, huh.
